La Maja Rica Hotel was a family corporation owned and founded by the Pascual Family.
History
The site of the business is formerly stood by a 53 year old Warehouse made out of unpainted G.I. sheets,
erected sometime in 1947. Imagine a woman not having been pretty since birth, having taking a bath maybe only thrice in her life, no lipstick, no make-up, uncombed grey hair. A Babaing Grasa on the side walks of a very busy avenue. That's how the warehouse appeared who have passed by this place a thousand times in the past. A site unfitting to the rich heritage and history of Tarlac , a betrayal to the cradle of many of our fondest childhood memories. The owners decided to transform that ugly duck, that Babaing Grasa, into a Swan, a gracious charming opulent lady, LA MAJA RICA.

It has close proximity to the Malls, Cinemas and Churches, it is also walking distance to nearby Commercial Spaces. The hotel has its keen maintenance on its cleanliness and maintaining a good quality services to its guest.
